一、清肺排毒汤
1、组方
麻黄9克,炙甘草6克,杏仁9克,生石膏15~30克(先煎),桂枝9克,泽泻9克,猪苓9克,白术9克,茯苓15克,柴胡16克,黄芩6克,姜半夏9克,生姜9克,紫苑9克,冬花9克,射干9克,细辛6克,山药12克,枳实6克,陈皮6克,霍香9克。
2、服用方法
传统中药饮片,水煎服。每天一付,早晚两次(饭后四十分钟),温服,三付一个疗程。
3、调护
如有条件,每次服完药可加服大米汤半碗。
4、加减
如果不发热,则生石膏的用量要小,发热或壮热,可加大生石膏用量;如果舌干津液亏虚者,药后大米汤可服至一碗。
5、疗程
3天(付)为一个疗程,若症状好转而未痊愈则服用第二个疗程,若患者有特殊情况或其他基础病,第二疗程可以根据实际情况修改处方,症状消失则药停。
6、适用范围
此方适用于轻型、普通型、重型患者,在危重型患者救治,可结合患者实际情况合理化用。
Clear the Lungs and Expel Toxins Decoction
1. Formula Composition
Ma Huang (Herba Ephedrae) 9g Zhi Gan Cao (Honey-fried Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae) 6g Xing Ren (Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae)9g
Sheng shi Gao (Gypsum Fibrosum) 15-30g (pre-cook) Gui Zhi (Ramulus Cinnamomi) Ze Xie (Rhizoma Alismatis) 9g
Zhu Ling (Polyporus) 9g Bai Zhu (white atractylodes rhizome) 9g Fu Ling (Poria) 15g

2. Method of Administration
Traditional bulk (raw) Chinese herbs decocted in water. One prescription is the dosage for one day. Drink the warm decoction (heat-up if necessary) morning and night, 40 minutes after meals. A course of treatment is three packs taken over three days.
3. Additional Treatment
If possible, drink half a bowl of white rice porridge (congee) each time after drinking the decoction.
4. Modifications
If the patient does not have a fever, reduce the dosage of Sheng Shi Gao (gypsum). If there is fever, especially with strong sensations of heat, Sheng Shi Gao (gypsum) can be increased. If the tongue is dry and the fluids have been depleted, drinking up to a full bowl of white rice porridge (congee) each time after drinking the decoction is recommended.
5. Course of Treatment
Three days is a course of treatment, but if the patient has improved but still has lingering symptoms, another course of treatment can be administered. If the patient has any underlying conditions or special circumstances, the formula can be modified or changed for the second round of treatment. Treatment should continue until all symptoms have resolved.
6. Indications
This formula is suitable for mild, typical, and serious cases. For critical cases, the patient’s treatment should be based on the actual situation and this formula can be used if appropriate.
二、艾灸预防法
Prevention Using Moxa Sticks
穴位处方:中脘、大椎、关元、足三里(双)
Acupuncture Point Prescription: Ren 12 (zhong wan); Du 14 (Da Zhui);Ren 4 (Guan yuan); ST 36 (zu san li)
操作方法:采用艾灸悬灸或者灸盒间接灸或艾灸简易装置治疗,刺激量以皮肤潮红为度。每个穴位10min,每日1次。
艾灸盒间接灸 Moxa box (indirect moxa)
Technique: One can warm the point with the heat and smoke of a moxa stick, or use a moxa box or similar device for indirect moxa, always taking care to only stimulate the point until the skin turns slightly red. Apply moxibustion for 10 minutes on each point, once per day.
疗程:连续治疗5天,休息2天,共治疗4周,共20次。居家推荐以简易艾灸装置,如:五度艾灸、艾缘五度、隔物灸仪、五行灸条、烫熨治疗包等。

Course of Treatment: Treat for 5 consecutive days, then rest for two days. Repeat this cycle four times [i.e. four weeks]. If you are doing this treatment at home, we recommend using one of the many simple devices now on the market for home-use, including five degree moxa, moxa-source five degrees, indirect moxa devices, five-phase moxa sticks, and heat compress moxibustion.
三、艾烟烟熏消毒 Fumigating with Burning Moxa (Mugwort)to Cleanse and Detoxify the Environment
物品准备:艾叶或艾绒或者艾条 Materials: moxa (Mugwort) leaves, moxa wool, or moxa sticks
艾叶烟熏 Fumigating with Mugwort Leaves
艾绒 Moxa Wool
操作方法:房间内点燃艾条或艾叶或者艾绒,进行烟熏消毒。选取质量佳艾条或艾叶或者艾绒,点燃烟熏消毒,每次约40分钟后开窗适度通风,每周一次为宜。
Technique: Burn moxa (Mugwort) leaves, moxa wool, or moxa sticks in any room to disinfect by fumigation. Choose the highest quality possible of any of these three forms of moxa and burn it in an indoor space. After fumigating for 40 minutes, open the windows to air out the room. Once a week is adequate.

建议:我国自古就有用雄黄、艾叶等药物熏蒸以消毒避秽的做法。艾条的烟雾还是建议少吸为好,毕竟有颗粒,当然艾灸的时候没问题,尽量选质量好的艾条,室内有轻度烟雾和艾叶燃烧的香气,但是没有烟雾缭绕的现象为佳。
Recommendation: Beginning from ancient times, the practice of fumigating with mugwort and realgar to cleanse and disinfect was used in China. However, we recommend that one avoid inhaling large amounts of moxa smoke, as the small, hot particles are harmful to the lungs. However, if we use high-quality moxibustion and ensure that the room has only the scent of moxa burning and is mot filled with smoke, this will have no significant influence on our health.
四、成人推拿保健预防 Wellness and Prevention for Adults: Tuina-Massage
操作手法:
摩腹:取坐位或仰卧位,单手或双手交替,置于腹部,以肚脐为中心,单手或双手交替顺时针摩腹。手法轻柔,轻而不滞,每次操作3-5分钟即可。
Abdominal Massage: Begin in a sitting or standing position. Use one hand or two hands moving in opposite areas on your abdomen. Taking the navel as the center, massage in a clockwise direction. Use a light touch and keep the motion fluid. Perform for 3-5 minutes each day.
揉腹:双手叠掌,轻轻置于腹部,掌心吸定于脐部,以脐部为中心,全掌发力,顺时针方向揉腹。3-5分钟。操作时肩腕务必发力平稳,确保频率适中,带动皮下组织。
Rubbing the Abdomen: Place both palms over the navel, one hand on top of the other. Use the force of the entire hand as you massage in a clockwise direction. The shoulders and wrists should be involved in the movement so that an appropriate rhythm is established and the fascia below the skin also moves.
在预防方面我们也以改善胃肠功能为主,通过手法揉腹增强胃肠的蠕动和吸收、分泌功能,调节肠道菌群。
Improving the functions of the stomach and intestines is an important aspect of preventing illness. Abdominal massage can increase peristalsis and improve the absorption of nutrients, endocrine function, and regulate gut flora.
点揉风池:
风池穴位于项部,当枕骨之下,与风府相平,两条大筋(胸锁乳突肌与斜方肌)上端之间的凹陷处。
GB 20 (Feng Chi):
This point is on the back of the neck, under the occiput, even with Du 16 (Feng fu). It is in the depression between the origins of the Sternocleidomastoid and trapezius muscles.
自我保健:双手掌心对准耳尖,将拇指置于双侧风池穴出,放在风池穴上轻轻点揉,反复操作。手法一般操作30秒钟左右或者数15~20次,有助于增强免疫力,减少外感的几率。
Self-help Technique: Place the palm right over the apexes of the ears, the thumbs will be on Feng Chi GB20 我很extended out. Use the thumbs to massage in circles for 30 seconds, repeating 15-20 times. This increases immunity and decreases the frequency of colds and flus.
互相操作:

Practice with a Partner:

Massaging GB 21 (Jian Jing) This technique can be done by oneself or with a partner. Place the right hand on the left shoulder with the thumb or the thenar eminence in front and the four fingers on the other side. Squeeze them together, pulling the area with GB21 up as you do. Perform for 30 seconds or 15-20 times.
互相拿肩井,被操作者取坐位,操作者立于其身后,拇指与四指对捏,将肩井穴提起来,然后缓缓放下,反复操作。一般手法做30秒或15~20次。长期拿肩井穴使人不易外感。
If you have a partner, sit in a chair with him or her standing behind you, lift up the GB21 area by squeezing the thumb and four fingers together. Gently release and then repeat for up to 30 seconds or 15-20 times. Doing this regularly can prevent colds and flu.

两手托天理三焦:Two Hands Hold up the Sky to Regulate the Triple Burner
加强四肢和躯干的伸展活动确可影响胸腹腔血流的再分配,有利于肺部的扩张。Stretching and moving the four limbs and the truck of the body can improve blood circulation and distribution in the abdomen and thoracic cavities.
左右开弓似射雕:Drawing the Bow to Shoot the Hawk
疏通肺经,同时治疗腰腿、手臂、头眼部等疾病,加强和血液循环,有助于纠正姿势不正确所造成的病态。This open and clears the lung channel, and treats conditions of the lower back, arms, head and eyes. It increases blood circulation and is good for correcting posture and conditions related to poor posture.
调理脾胃臂单举:Lifting the Arms to Regulate the Spleen and Stomach
增强胃肠蠕动和消化功能,久练有助于防治胃肠病。This increases peristalsis and digestive functions; continuous practice can improve digestive disorders over time.
五劳七伤向后瞧:Looking Backwards to Relieve the Five Fatigues and Seven Injuries
疏通带冲二脉及胆经,消除大脑和中枢神经系统的疲劳,促进生理功能障碍的恢复。This open and clears the Dai-Belt and Chong-Central Channels, as well as the Gallbladder channel.
攒拳怒目增气力:Punching with a Fierce Gaze
可刺激肝经系统,使肝血充盈,肝气疏泄,强健筋骨。This stimulates the liver channel system, and therefore makes liver blood more abundant, liver Qi smooth and able to drain downwards, and strengthens the sinews and bones.
两手攀足固肾腰:Two hands Hold the Feet to Strengthen the Kidney and Lumbar Area
双手按摩腰背下肢后方,使人体的督脉和足太阳膀胱经得到拉伸牵扯,对生殖系统、泌尿系统以及腰背部的肌肉都有增强作用。Massage from the lumbar area down the backs of the legs, stretching giving some traction to the Bladder and Du-Governor Channels. This benefits and increases the functioning of the reproductive system and urinary system, and strengthens the back muscles.
摇头摆尾去心火:Clearing HeartFire by Shaking the Head and Wagging the Tail
刺激脊柱、督脉、大椎穴,尾闾摆动,使心火下降,肾水上升,从而达到疏经泄热的作用,故有助于去除心火。This stimulates the spine, the Du-governor channel, Du 14 (Da Zhui), and the sacrum. This movement causes heart fire to descend and kidney water to ascend, clearing the channels and draining fire to eliminate heart fire.
背后七颠诸病消:Standing to the tip-toes Eliminates Illnesses
利用颤足使得脊柱得以轻微的伸展和抖动,去邪扶正,接通任督二脉,贯通气血。Standing on tip-toes and releasing quickly with a “thud” stretches and jars the spine, creating release and relaxation. This eliminates evils and supports healthy Qi, connects the Ren-Conception and Du-Governor channels, allowing Qi and blood to flow freely.

六、经络拍打法 Tapping the Channels
拍打肺经、点按揉足三里:Tapping and hitting the Lung Channel; Massaging Stomach 36 (Zu san li)
手臂内侧肺经经过的地方,从手腕内侧往肘窝方向拍打,可以治疗肺疾病并且增强心脏和肺脏功能,每次拍打肺经100-200下,点按揉足三里50-100次,可以增强免疫力,治疗慢性肺系、消化疾病,预防呼吸道感染等。

拍打胆经: Tapping the Gallbladder Channel
拍打大腿外侧的胆经(从大腿外侧的环跳穴到膝关节上面的膝阳关穴)可以治疗胆结石、胆囊炎,胆囊息肉以及治疗失眠、白发、荨麻疹、坐骨神经痛等多种疾病,同时还有减肥美腿、补血等功效。每次100-200下,每天1-2次,从大腿根外侧的环跳穴(治疗坐骨神经痛的特效穴)往下拍打,下面的风市穴则是治疗荨麻疹的特效穴,可以改善消化功能。
The Gallbladder Channel is on the lateral side of both legs; tap from the buttocks (GB30 Huantiao area) to the knee. This can treat gall stones, cholecystitis, and polyps, as well as insomnia, grey hair, hives and sciatica. Over time, this helps with weight loss, shapes the legs and increases Qi and blood. Perform 100-200 times, 1-2 times per day. Begin at GB30 Huantiao in the center of the buttocks (this is also a primary point for treating sciatica) and slap your leg as you move down the path of the channel to the knee. The point half-way down on the thing (GB 30 Feng shi) is especially effective for treating hives and can also improve digestion.
